Returns & Exchange Policy for Brick Journey
At Brick Journey, we aim to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your item, please review our return and exchange guidelines below.
1. Returns
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags intact.
- Original packaging, if applicable, should also be included.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards, sale items, and custom orders are non-returnable.
- Items marked as “final sale” cannot be returned.
- Minor box damage is not considered a valid reason for return unless it affects the product's functionality.
Change of Mind
- For Change of Mind returns, we only offer store credit or exchanges. Refunds will not be issued.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our Customer Service team at support@brickjourney.com.au with your order number and reason for the return.
- Our team will provide instructions and a return shipping label, if applicable.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds (excluding Change of Mind returns) will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
2. Exchanges
We accept exchanges for a different size, color, or item of equal value.
How to Initiate an Exchange
- Contact us at support@brickjourney.com.au with your order number and exchange request.
- Items must meet the same conditions outlined in the Return Policy.
Exchange Process
- Once we receive and verify your returned item, the replacement item will be shipped out within 3-5 business days.
- If the desired item is out of stock, we will notify you and issue a store credit or refund (where applicable).
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
- Please note: minor box damage will not be covered unless it impacts the product's functionality.
4. Missing Pieces
If your purchase is missing any pieces, you can contact LEGO Customer Service directly for replacements at 1800 823 757.
